Payment when you pick out your puppy-A $400 non-refundable deposit is sent when you choose your puppy. At 6 weeks of age, all puppies are chosen in accordance with the waiting lists. If you are on the waiting list, you are given 24 hours to make a decision about which puppy you want when it is your turn. If there is not a puppy that you would like, you may transfer your name to a different list, but your deposit will not be returned as there was a puppy available for you. If you fail to respond within 24 hours, then you will be automatically dropped from the list and the following family will take your spot. Puppies may be chosen before they are 6 weeks, in the order of the waiting list. I encourage families to visit the puppies before picking, if they are local and able to. Otherwise, I would be happy to FaceTime/Zoom with the puppies when you would like to pick!
